Mobile design for Banking App
Primary Role:
Craft thoughtful, user-centered design strategies aimed to increase customer engagement and long term retention and adoption.
Test and deliver designs that provide real-time spending insights, behavioral science–driven recommendations and tailored savings guidance.
Align native mobile and web teams with my recommendations for a seamless experience for both customer-facing interfaces.
Provide recommendations for components, flows, architecture of platforms and disseminate to all UX Design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Expertise: Stay current with Android and iOS design guidelines and system updates to build platform-optimized experiences.
Experience Design: Create engaging, efficient, and accessible interfaces that support customer goals.
User-Centered Process: Conduct user research and behavior analysis to inform design decisions and optimize touch points.
Prototyping: Present and design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize product concepts and guide development.
Visual Design: Develop polished, visually cohesive interfaces aligned with brand standards and accessibility best practices.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Product, Digital Customer Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to align design efforts with business objectives.
By continually asking, “How will our customers know this product will solve their problem?” I ensure every design decision supports clarity, value, and usability.
